چکیده

Background Evidence about the effectiveness of tumor necrosis factor inhibitor adalimumab (ADA) in pediatric patients with non-infectious intermediate uveitis/pars planitis, posterior uveitis and panuveitis is still limited. Objectives Aim this study to investigate therapeutic role ADA a cohort non-anterior uveitis. Methods This an international multicenter based on real-life data from treated due Data were drawn retrospective branch AutoInflammatory Disease Alliance (AIDA) registry dedicated Figure 1 provides flow diagram describing selection enrolled October 1st, 2022. Results 21 (36 affected eyes) enrolled. Eleven (19 did not experience further ocular inflammation after introduction; 10 cases (17 showed partial response reduced frequency relapses (3 cases), severity cases) or (4 cases). The number flares dropped 3.91 1.1 events/patient/year introduction ( p =0.0009). Macular edema retinal vasculitis respectively observed 18 eyes 20 at start 4 2 last assessment. mean daily glucocorticoids dosage significantly decreased assessment =0.005). As Table 1, planitis =0.01) =0.03) more frequent among full ADA; was continuing uveitic =0.001). Regarding safety profile, case generalized adenopathy observed. Conclusion had all significant glucocorticoid sparing effect. Panuveitis seems be flares. 1. Study illustrating process leading patients.
